THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY APPLIES TO PURCHASES OF OLYMPUS TRIP 35 CAMERAS AND/OR REFURBISHING SERVICES ONLY. PLEASE SEE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR WARRANTY INFORMATION AND ADDITIONAL PAYMENT AND SHIPPING TERMS.

RETURN POLICY

Equipment returns (whether or not that equipment is accompanied by a time-limited parts and labour warranty) are permitted if return shipped on any day up to and including the 14th business day (inclusive) of receipt.
For equipment purchases, a full refund, repair or replacement with an equivalent item of similar value and cosmetic condition will be offered. The customer's return shipping cost will also be refunded.
For equipment repair services, return of the repaired item may be made if, through no fault of the customer, that equipment develops a fault within any parts and labour warranty period that accompanied it. The refund, repair or replacement policy will be the equivalent of that stated above for equipment purchases.
